Life Style

Recently, I came across some lifestyle factors that have good impact on healthy work and life balance.

Slogan I tell to myself all the time following these changes is ” No pain, no gain”.

  • Discipline – Plays major role for healthy lifestyle
  • Morning ritual – Waking up early and doing some sort of exercise or meditation
  • Meditation – calms mind to prepare for remaining day
  • Exercise –  teaches us discipline
  • Food – discipline helps eating right food and in right portions.
  • Discipline keeps all the family in healthy routine
  • Planning – helps avoiding stress and efficient use of time ( Google calendar is good to add reminders for activities in a week)

I believe that if we start applying above changes to our life style, it not only helps health and work but also avoids visiting doctors. And we can focus on our learning curve to grow at workplace.

Curiosity starts to fade away as we start ageing. It’s important to have curiosity to keep us active and alive.

Constant change is important. That’s why we should never stop learning new stuff.

Factors such as socialising, giving, curiosity for new thoughts and making difference in someone’s  life provides contentment and happiness.

Once you are contented, you can spread to others since happiness and positivity is contagious.

To achieve above things, we have to use time in a very efficient way.

Success and goals:

Normally, people think that talent is the foremost thing to be successful. But what I have learnt is, foremost thing is boldness.

If you are bold to start something, then everything follows including talent.

Here I believe in growth mindset than fixed mindset. If you have fixed mindset, then growth curve stops in your career.

So, hardwork and curiosity to learn will help improving growth mindset.

People should apply growth mindset to be successful and achieve innovative goals.
